We R Memory Keepers is Blogging

Yep, you heard it here, We R MK now has a fantastic blog, full of ideas and inspiration.  From easy to intricate, there are photos and videos to help you get started.  Please check out the new official blog right HERE.   This lay out was made with "Simply Spring", of course the colors are perfect for Spring photos and definitely any Easter shots you took.  Lily still won't pose with animal characters, so it is just Emma Jane.
These two projects were made with "Crazy for You".  There are lots of trendy and fun designs to create with in this line from WeRMK.
A photo of my crew in Oahu on the highly recommended Macadamia Nut Farm tour.  We loved every minute of it.  It was fun to see many tv show sets, it is a popular place to film.

The 14th

Happy Valentine's Day!  I made this with We R Memory Keepers latest Valentine's line and American Crafts foam Thickers (foam never falls off and they are easy to reposition while you are creating).  This is my current fave picture, love my husband's blue blue eyes.

On TV Tonight

If you love the tools from We R Memory Keepers, you are going to want to check out HSN (Home Shopping Network) tonight!  Beginning at midnight eastern or 9 PM pacific, you will be able to get a great deal on a four punch set, in fact it is the special of the day and should be available thru Tuesday, but you never know when these will sell out.  I used the doily set to make these projects, the 6 inch doily punch and the matching edge punch.
This is "For the Record, a new paper line from We R Memory Keepers, the colors are beautiful.
WRMK now has chipboard alphas and I am already a big fan.  They are very sticky, I have not one worry that these will fall off.  My American Crafts tend to fall off, but these have a really tacky adhesive on them.

Mom's Cooking

When my mother comes to town, we eat like kings.  She is a fabulous cook.  One of my favorite meals of all time is hot pot.  Raw meats and veggies, bean thread noodles and a boiling pot of broth to cook it all in....she precooked the lobster in a different pot when I was absent from the room, I can't handle that.

At Christmas mom and my girls made delicious potstickers.  They could do this all day.  My mom's potstickers are in my top 5 favorite foods of all time..

Something scrappy........
Stapled the sequins down because my glue was not working.
I used my Cameo to cut out the title, it is from Ali Edwards/Studio Calico.  The stamp along the bottom is Ali E.  The cute camera paper is American Crafts and the fun star journal tags are from Pretty Little Studio.
It's true, my girls really don't know who or what they are posing with.  We went to Legoland in the fall and really enjoyed the lego creations, but these two have never seen Star Wars, I think it might be a little violent and scary for them.  Maybe in a few years, if they have any interest, I can see them only caring about the Ewoks.  Unless there are pink ponies.....

We R Memory Keepers Washi

Why wouldn't you use your washi to decorate a pretty little package for the holidays?  It's sooooo easy!  Just for fun I added a scrap of washi to each end of my We R Memory Keeper's Seweasy twine. I thought tassels would make a nice detail.
WRMK's  washi comes in handy packs of two and the fresh colors are bright and easy to coordinate.

Happy December!

Did you have your camera out today?  It's the FIRST!!!!!  Our Elf Jingle will make her first appearance tonight.........don't know where she was last night!

I found another new product that I am using on all my layouts lately, Heidi Swapp, Vintage Chic: Mini Tags.  They are tiny , cute and the color scheme works with the colors I usually scrap with.
